Mörbylånga Bostads AB is looking for summer substitutes for cleaning staff

Mörbylånga Bostads AB is a public housing company with properties in seven locations across southern Öland. We own, build, develop, and manage rental housing in a sustainable way. Currently, we have about 830 residential apartments and offer a variety of commercial, retail, and industrial premises for rent through the management of Mörbylånga Fastighets AB. Our offices are located in Mörbylånga and Färjestaden.

Mörbylånga Bostads AB is 100% owned by Mörbylånga municipality and currently has around 90 employees. The housing company also manages the municipality's properties, such as schools, preschools, nursing homes, youth centers, municipal offices, etc. We are a stable company with loyal staff, and our tenants appreciate the close contact they have with us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our 35 cleaning staff clean facilities such as schools, preschools, sports halls, youth centers, and nursing homes throughout Mörbylånga municipality. We are now looking for several substitutes for the summer period from June to August. The work may include regular cleaning as well as deep cleaning of schools, for example. Geographically, the employees are spread throughout the entire Mörbylånga municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage.

It is beneficial if you have a driver's license and access to a car so you can work at several different locations, but this is not a requirement.

As a person, you are cheerful, flexible, and meticulous, and you find it easy to collaborate with other colleagues. Since you are a representative of Mörbylånga Bostads with our customers, it is also important that you are service-oriented and positive.
